Part II: Things I didn't know...

...before gardening.

• Ants exist to piss us off.
• I had no idea what "pinchis babosos" really meant until I started worrying about slugs.
• We should just call bird feeders "squirrel feeders" and be done with it.
• More on squirrels: we can learn a lot from them.  They know what they want and don't stop at anything to get it.
• Grass is a weed that has figured out how to kiss our ass.
• A rose by any other name will still attract aphids.
• Thinking something is pretty doesn't mean you shouldn't prune it.
• When you say you're finished, you have no idea what you're talking about.
